Ajay K Naik
Founder - CEO
Ajay K Naik, an exceptional Information Technology - Media & Entertainment Entrepreneur, with a remarkable career path. An ex IBMer, Ajay's journey has been one of relentless ideation, innovation, and successful implementation of his visionary ideas across numerous projects.
With his unwavering commitment and exemplary leadership skills, he has spearheaded various ventures, leaving a lasting impact in the realms of Technology, Media &Entertainment. Ajay's entrepreneurial spirit and expertise have undoubtedly positioned him as a driving force in the industry, earning him well- deserved recognition and admiration from peers and professionals alike.
As an IT Professional, having worked on projects with Countries like USA, Japan, Ireland, Australia, Singapore, Ajay gathered a lot of global experience and developed Project Management expertise with diversified teams and work cultures and has won a lot of Awards and accolades during his tenure with IBM.
As a Media & Entertainment Professional, Ajay to his credit has 4 successful Marathi Feature Films as a Producer/Writer/Director/Music Director/Lyricist/Presenter and more than 100 songs as a Music Composer. Having regularly collaborated with Grammy Award Winner Internationally Acclaimed Composer-Singer Padma Shree Shankar Mahadevan, whom Ajay considers as his Idol and guide in life, Ajay also has regularly collaborated with Internationally acclaimed Singers like Sonu Nigam, Shaan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Benny Dayal, Kunal Ganjawala etc.
Ajay was able to identify the need of a dedicated Ecosystem for Artists across the world, which would help them to collaborate with artists globally and find marketplace for their art. Thus the idea of JustKolab with the aim to help Artists "connect-collaborate-create-market", took birth. Today Ajay jokingly says that he "Eats Breathes and Sleeps JustKolab", which to a large extent is true as he had dedicated all his time and energy to make JustKolab a big success.​​
Yogesh S Tambade, a Chartered Accountant, entrepreneur by choice, with 14 years of experience in Finance Industry, an Ernst & Young alumni. Apart from being a CA, Yogesh also holds Masters Degree in Commerce from Pune University and e-Diploma in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School.​
As the Co-Founder and CFO of JustKolab, Yogesh Tambade brings a wealth of experience in finance and strategic leadership to the team. With a strong background in financial management and business operations, Yogesh plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. His visionary approach to financial planning, combined with his passion for innovation, drives JustKolab's mission to empower creators and professionals globally.
