  Users may cancel their subscription to JustKolab at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and users will continue to have access to premium features until that time. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing cycle.

• For One-time Purchases or Event Registrations:
  Cancellations for one-time purchases or event registrations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event or purchase date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

• For Subscription-based Services:
  We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If, within 7 days of the initial purchase, you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund. Refunds requested after the 7-day period will not be issued.

• For One-time Purchases or Event Registrations:
  Refunds for one-time purchases, such as special services or events, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests made after the event has taken place or the service has been rendered will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Non-refundable Items
