The grand prize winner will feature in an Original Music Video, to be released worldwide, bringing your talent to audiences worldwide.

Rules and Regulations for Participation

Eligibility:

  1. The contest is open to residents of the USA only.

  2. Participants must be at least 18 years old as of the start date of the contest.

  3. Proof of residency and age (government-issued ID) may be required to claim prizes.

  4. Professional actors under Production House contracts are not eligible to participate.

Entry Submission:

  1. Entry is FREE.

  2. Participants must submit Link to Instagram Reel or a Youtube Video of themselves acting in the Reel/Video. (Only Instagram & Youtube Links will be considered)

  3. The Reel/ Video must be original, created specifically for the contest. (Dance Videos will not be considered)

  4. Along with the link, the participants are required to submit ONE photograph of theirs, which they feel is their best photograph.

  5. Entries must be submitted by the deadline mentioned in the contest announcement.

  6. Only one entry per participant is allowed.

Content Requirements:

  1. Submissions should not contain any offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate content.

  2. All performances must be suitable for all audiences.

  3. Any use of copyrighted material without permission will result in disqualification.

Judging Criteria:

  1. Entries will be judged based on screen presence, creativity and overall performance.

  2. A panel of judges will shortlist contestants, and Winner and Runnner-Up will be chosen by the Judges.

  3. The decisions of the judges are final and binding.

Winner Selection:

  1. The winner will be announced on the JustKolab Website & Instagram Handle

  2. In addition to the main winner, runner-ups will also receive prizes.

  3. The grand prize includes a Telugu Video Song contract from JustKolab, prizes from PNG Jewelers, and the opportunity to have the video released worldwide on streaming platforms.

Prizes:

  1. The winner will be required to sign a contract with the JustKolab for the song release.

  2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

  3. In the event the winner is unable to fulfill the prize obligations, an alternate winner may be selected.

Disqualification:

  1. Participants found violating any rules will be immediately disqualified.

  2. Any fraudulent activity or inappropriate behavior will result in disqualification.

Rights and Permissions:

  1. By entering the contest, participants grant the organizers the right to use their submitted videos, names, and likenesses for promotional purposes related to the contest.

  2. Contestants will retain the rights to their performance but agree to allow the organizers to use the material in promotional content.

Dispute Resolution:

  1. Any disputes arising from the contest will be subject to the laws of the organizing country (INDIA), and decisions made by the organizers are final.

Miscellaneous:

  1. Contest organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. All participants must comply with local laws and regulations, and any breach will lead to disqualification.​​
